Day Ticket waters in Lancashire and the North of England
This is not meant to be the definitive information site but will give you an idea of the scope of fly fishing
waters available in Lancashire and surrounding areas.
All these venues are day ticket waters that you can travel to and fish in a day from most towns in Lancashire.
I have personally fished at most of them over the years but because I have listed them does not mean that I am particularly recommending them.
If you know of any other venues that I have missed let me know here or if there are any inaccuracies.
There is no "season" for any rainbow trout fishing - it is an all year round pastime. However some of these fisheries particularly the club waters may be closed for some part of the year. Commercial fisheries tend to stay open all year round but check first.
